ELDRED — Charles Petersheim, owner of Catskill Farms and Ecotech Spray Foam Insulation, recently sold Ecotech to Rich Soto, owner of Woodchips Construction.

Terms were not disclosed.

Ecotech is a green product, and won a 2010 Innovative Green Design Award. It is made up of 29 percent recycled goods and is free of hydrochlorofluorocarbons, volatile organic compounds and formaldehyde.
